KWIK Sort

What it does

Sorts data in a Worksheet with a 'Select-and-Click' approach.

Benefits

  • Sorting in Excel is often cumbersome in large worksheets since you have to set the Sort area and then add the sort columns.
  • KWIK Sort lets you sort multiple columns with a mouse click.

Instructions

Set Heading Row
  1. Set the Excel Filter Heading Row on the Worksheet (if it has not been set yet) which is used as the Heading Row.
Sort in Descending order
  1. Select a cell in each column you want to sort. To select multiple cells in non-adjacent columns, hold the Ctrl key down while selecting. The order of the selection specifies the order in which the sort will be done.
  2. Click ‘KWIK' -> 'Data' -> 'Sort Descending’
Sort in Ascending order

  2. Click ‘KWIK' -> 'Data' -> 'Sort Ascending’
